ENERCON works primarily in highly recession resistant industries, offering great piece of mind. Additionally, the company does work in some exciting and developing areas of engineering.

Cons

If you are not an engineer, opportunities professional development are very limited. Compensation is lack luster, company is conservative on technology. very poor annual compensation increases, even despite high review rankings.
