      Flexible work hours sometimes allowed

      Cons

      Management can't get a handle on what is "really" wrong in the company! There is a fear in all the employees if you are not "applied" you stand the chance of losing your job. The company invested a lot of money in a new program that does not work, PERIOD! Too many management people walking around with the "bullying" attitude and upper management turns a blind eye. Way too many dedicated employees leaving because the struggle is not worth it!

      Pros

      Nothing. These guys can hardly compete. They oversell their ESOP and refuse to budge on any salary negotiation. They have a false sense of a god complex where they think people will come to them eventually. People will leave within a few years as long as they find another better offer.

      Cons

      They treat their candidates like criminals. A candidate with a Top Secret government clearance was treated like a criminal and had a job offer revoked due to a speeding ticket on his driving record. Very talented individual. Enercon doesn’t care about top talent. They just want to appear to be following rules for the sake of their clients. Speeding doesn’t affect a nuclear engineer’s ability to do his job.
