GREAT EMPLOYER WITH VERY CHALLENGING WORK

Pros

Work on complex technical projects (nuclear & non-nuclear). Opportunities to lead from within the division if you put in the effort and take ownership/responsibility of your work product. Benefits are excellent. Compensation is good at many levels/positions.

Cons

Communication between divisions needs improvement. The workload is extremely demanding (but ultimately worth it in my opinion). My compensation was lacking, but was due primarily to my immediate manager at the time I was hired...compensation was my reason for leaving.

Pros

Great people, organized better than most other companies (overall), salary is not too bad, get experience and network opportunities. ESOP is great when company is doing well, but very risky since you could lose a lot of money when company under-performs (Could be a Con if not risk tolerant).

Cons

Very stressful work environment with most projects you will do. It is very hard to ensure that your project is financially stable and on time when you have to do engineering and learn and perform project management duties, which is expected in this company (Could be a Pro if you are into this).
