      9-80 work schedule gives you every other Friday off Hybrid work environment is helpful but also not as good as fully remote Good Communication with management Ability to travel occasionally

      3% 401k Match is very sub-par Possibly late working hours depending on projects You don't always get your every other Friday off work depending upon projects Very old mindset when it comes to management For a company looking to grow. It has very "old" ways of thinking that need to be changed Jobs that could very easily be done fully remote are instead hybrid because of "knowledge transfer"
