      As companies experience rapid growth, it's common for the management structure to continually change. ENERCON has been experiencing rapid growth in recent years, and management has changed more often than larger, more stable companies

      Pros

      there are definitely some pros along with the cons of working here. The pros include the compensation, the benefits of employee-ownership and the fact that we do get to work on some interesting kinds of projects.

      Cons

      super up-tight and conservative environment, particularly in Kennesaw. The message from senior leadership is that we should all be thankful just to be working here and that is a heavily dated approach. When you project that kind of mentality but expect people to go above and beyond for an employer who has never once gone above and beyond for you, it does not even out. It is unrealistic. Yet, that is the way we operate. We will keep losing valuable players, demotivating our existing staff, running our top talent into the arms of our competitors and then acting surprised when we are short on quality talent.
