Very good company to work for. Good compensation. Great people. On the short notice can take care of personal business. Management and supervisors are very supportive.

Cons

Staignant in the professional growth. Top heavy. Location is not very easy to get to. Company whent from flexible structure to a rigid corporate model.

I have worked at ENERCON for over two years and I have loved working here. They are flexible when it comes to your schedule, there is room for growth and opportunity (I was promoted within one year of working here.) They have good benefits and the executive management team is great. They really try and get to know everyone's name and I think that is important and shows respect to the people that work here. I love the fact that ENERCON is an employee owned company as well.

Cons

I don't really have any except like I have below to just keep communicating with the team and making sure everyone is on the same page.
