      -Exciting work helping energy industry in the US -Diversity of opportunities -Smart people -Growing company

      Cons

      -Would like more vacation time (took a step back in that area to come here) -As other mentoned, timecards aren't fun, but that is consulting work -Some aspects of meetings and policies are old school and outdated but the work they do is great

      Pros

      I haven't been there long but in the time i was there, they were restructuring. The Management have been trying very hard to improve the culture.

      Cons

      Stressful environment. Employees (in the Nuclear group) are required to hunt for billable work almost every day due to the small budgets of each "packet of work".
