Pros

I can't think of a single pro

Cons

-poorly managed from top down -cut millions in overhead with multiple layoffs in a 4 month period with no change in hiring practices. This cost 100+ people their livelihoods -low pay, expected to work more than 40 hrs a week. All salary pay was low compared to market rates -management over hires, does not have enough work, then eliminates positions while c level keeps their jobs -after first round of layoffs end of 2023, we were asked to write positive glassdoor reviews. Unethical. And coached how to convey this to potential new hires. Everything I said to people looking to join Enercon ended up being a lie because the company did it again -was expected to work more than 40 hrs and not report actual hours worked on time card -no training or development - favoritism was shown by my direct leader. Had a personal relationship and hired a friend after I was hired. My position was eliminated but the friend was kept

Pros

Working remote for 2 days a week is nice.

Cons

My experience with Enercon Services Inc left me deeply disappointed and frustrated due to their unfair termination practices. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to shed light on the company's alarming behavior, particularly their tendency to terminate employees before the completion of the standard two-week notice period. One of the fundamental principles of professional etiquette is providing a two-week notice when resigning from a position. However, at Enercon Services Inc, this courtesy is not reciprocated. Employees who attempt to give a two-week notice are met with the company's disturbing policy of immediate termination. This disregard for proper notice not only undermines the employee's ability to transition smoothly but also creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty during an already vulnerable time. By terminating employees on the spot, Enercon Services Inc demonstrates a lack of respect for their workforce and a failure to uphold fair employment practices. Employees are left in a precarious situation, struggling to secure their financial stability and future employment prospects without the cushion of a two-week notice period. This abrupt termination policy exhibits a callous disregard for employees' well-being and professional futures. Such unfair termination practices tarnish the company's reputation and erode trust between management and employees. Instead of fostering an environment of open communication and mutual respect, Enercon Services Inc perpetuates a culture of fear and instability. Employees are forced to navigate a hostile work environment where loyalty and commitment are not valued but rather met with swift and heartless dismissals. It is important for potential employees to be aware of Enercon Services Inc's practices regarding notice periods and termination. If you are considering working for this company, it is crucial to understand that they do not honor the standard two-week notice period and may terminate you on the spot, leaving you in a challenging and uncertain situation. In light of my experience, I strongly caution individuals seeking employment to think twice before joining Enercon Services Inc. Their disregard for fair termination practices and lack of respect for employees' professional transitions raise serious concerns about the company's ethics and employee treatment. It is vital to choose an employer that values and supports its workforce, as Enercon Services Inc clearly falls short in this regard.their unfair termination practices. Pros

Used to be a good company

Cons

They suck you dry and hope you leave before being vested in the ESOP program. They do NOT care about the employees, but repeatedly claim to do so.
