Many possibilities for different types of work, many young engineers working under experienced older engineers.

Cons

Senior engineers often seem almost resentful of the younger engineers and is more than happy to throw any of the younger engineers under the bus if the opportunity presents itself.

Working in a young and ambitious team for enviromental health is great. It gives you the good feeling that youhave at least done a little bit more for our world then recycling.

Cons

Less hirachy can be a problem if you are used to it.

Pros

Employees are treated fairly and management is great. After putting in a certain amount of time employee are eligible for tuition reimbursement and they are given company stock. It is a great place to grow a career and learn the business of environmental consulting.

Cons

Very few cons about this work place. The only con is that the building is a little old and run down so they need new facilities.
