Very chill company, good benefits, good pay, you will be working with a lot of senior professionals.

Cons

Most of the staff were senior engineers so not a lot of younger individuals in the office. Is a consultant company so would not recommend for a new college graduate since you wont get a lot of field or technical experience.

- Diverse nationwide collection of Transmission, Distribution, and Substation engineers, designers, and drafters - Quality-first culture ensures we focus on employee development and high-quality client deliverables - Flexible hours with hybrid or remote opportunities after initial onboarding phase - Non-power delivery org's provide a steady stream of collaboration opportunities with data centers, power plants, and renewable projects, to mix it up with traditional utility consulting

Cons

- Everybody is very busy with a variety of utility & developer projects, so recruitment needs to keep up with workload - ENERCON started as a nuclear consulting firm, so it does take extra effort with internal sales & marketing team to establish our Power Delivery presence in new regions
