Impossible to get a raise or promotion, work equipment is usually broken or not properly working, so called benefits are not given, only a select few receive the so called quarterly bonuses, won't make you full time, manager thrived, major favoritism when it comes to who gets to work or not, and much more issues.

This company does not care about its employees no matter how often they say they do. They lay off entire offices and individuals like it’s nothing. The head people in charge make the crucial decisions, and everyone beneath them have no say/input on how things are done. The true infrastructure of this company (managers included), tell the “higher ups” what works and what doesn’t, but no effective change is made. Management can’t run their team as they see fit, because the officers and presidents do not care to make changes. They call you family, but you are just a number to them.
