I really enjoyed working with my peers and most engineers were very helpful and open to share knowledge and help.

Cons

Unfortunately it's a revolving door. Year over year over 30% of staff leave and the top management are too worried about quick profits rather than long term planning.

The people at the root of ENERCON are smart, hard working, and will become like family

Cons

This company does not care about its employees no matter how often they say they do. They lay off entire offices and individuals like it’s nothing. The head people in charge make the crucial decisions, and everyone beneath them have no say/input on how things are done. The true infrastructure of this company (managers included), tell the “higher ups” what works and what doesn’t, but no effective change is made. Management can’t run their team as they see fit, because the officers and presidents do not care to make changes. They call you family, but you are just a number to them.
