Pros
If in power delivery, staff is personable and easy to work with. Hybrid schedule with 9/80. reimbursement to personal credit card for travel expenses. Supplies WFH setup.
Cons
Larger departments are a mess - senior engineers are not willing to support younger engineers. Not many resources for obtaining support in a timely manner because they are too flexible in letting seniors come in whenever. Compensation levels are low until about 5 years experience. Overall lack of work - terrible for a consulting firm.
