      Pros

      The people are what make the company really awesome. The work Enercon does actually makes a difference and with the growth. As a company, Enercon is very flexible if you ever need time off.

      Cons

      Chance for growth exists but does depend on the department in which you work.

      Massive Layoffs Without Warning

      Good benefits, flexible hours and work schedule.

      Cons

      Constantly encouraged to work overtime without pay and poor corporate management led to over-hiring and later on a massive layoff to half of the department.

      Good experience and mentorship for young engineers

      Cons

      Company does not seem to be in a good place right now. They have just had a round of layoffs and cut the Internship program. They are owned by a private equity firm which is cutting costs at the cost of retaining talent.
