The engineering team are young and social. There is rarely a lack of work if you are decent at your job. People will recognize you and get you on their team.

Cons

Like with most consulting firms, dealing with the clients can be stressful. Strict deadlines and budgets are a hassle. Timesheets are annoying. The management team doesn’t really have any power. They had a survey at the beginning of the year, and have not made any updates. The benefits are bad and getting worse, so they clearly aren’t trying to help the situation.
