The people you work directly with are great.

Cons

- Projects are chronically underbid which puts the stress on employees - No overtime compensation unless you are 100% billable -Was asked to take PTO because of two days of lack of work. - Corporate office is micro-managing - When two weeks notice was put in, and I had already given my new company a start date, Enercon let me go the next day. Integrity and professionalism not reciprocated.
