Here we go. Firstly, Enercon Services is no longer an employee owned company. A private firm has bought out Enercon in the beginning of 2021, and Enercon has to meet the other firm's quota that will change mid year screwing over the employees who have to work unpaid overtime to meet the $$ quotas. Second, the timesheet system is absolute garbage like others have said in previous reviews. I mean come on is this the best this company can do. TImesheets are more stressful than the actual work. You have to constantly beg for the hours it actually takes to complete the projects in a very tight deadline.
Project deadlines are unrealistic. Management will constantly accept large projects when there is no manpower/talent to complete the projects in time. Always get thrown into projects with no resources or help and they expect 100% quality work with unrealistic deadlines. This leads to people getting burnt out fast and quitting. Mid-Senior level engineers do not stay with this company more than a year due to bad work politics and company culture. New college grads always get overworked. If you worked overtime and they don't give you the hours to charge, then you get told to absorb the "professional time". "Professional time" is your personal time and you don't get paid for this. This occurs every week, all the time. Work/life balance is not possible if you have to constantly work OT.
Lastly, upper management does not care about the people working under them. Overall company culture is toxic.
