Cons

A good work life balance can be hard to achieve. Project management needs improvement. Some PM's don't seem to understand how much work actually goes into an engineering project. They often ask for a great deal of effort at times with out taking into account time constraints. This results in engineers needing to work on their own time very often.

Open Door Policy. You get the sense of a changing culture towards a more positive work environment. Good people.

Cons

Lack of field interface. Have to be content with engineering from a distance and not be able to "touch" or "realize" the result of projects. Mercurial workflow-typical in this type of business/work.
