Managers micro-manage employees yet have time to sleep in their cubicles. No room for growth if you aren’t a yes-man type of employee. Management will not be able to fix arguments between employees, will just sweep problem under the rug. No real HR department to protect employee from manager doing what ever they want. Family environment that is promoted to new employee quickly fades and is only favorable to some. Employees who have work there for a long time are afraid of newer employees challenging them for their positions and will lend minimal help. Not a very good environment for female workers.
