      Pros

      laid back atmosphere, gratitude coworkers to chat and work with

      Cons

      managers micro manage and hover over you. they make you write out serial numbers that aren't needed for production. receiving takes a back seat to shipping, always helping them, but you will never receive help. have to clean shipping boxes that will get dirty during shipping. they don't have enough space for there warehouse but they expect you to fit everything neatly anyways.

      Growing company that really cares about its employees; great benefits and always looking for ways to add more. The company is experiencing a fast growth but remains true to its core of treating its people well. Company focuses on innovation and collaboration and makes very cool products.

      Like many company these days, hiring occasionally tends to be slow but company is doing its best

      Pros

      I appreciate the commitment to innovation and flexible working environment. There have been many opportunities to grow with the organization and my individual contributions are recognized. The products are in a really cool space and the key industries we serve are on a growth path.

      Cons

      There is more work to do than time will allow but I don't think this problem is unique to Energetiq.
