Felt job security working for them, but that came at the expense of the management not doing much to employees harassing me. I couldn’t receive and substantial raise unless I changed roles, but our role was so wide there wasn’t anywhere to grow accept become a supervisor. Education was harder to come by than management lead us to believe.

Currently in state of management transition and resultant uncertainties.
