      Pros

      The culture is fast paced and aggressive with a focus on growth and commitment to employees. Great opportunity for advancement for employees that are willing to work hard and remain committed to the organization.

      Cons

      At times can be less structured due to pace at which the company has grown. Intentions are well meant but time is needed to blend various processes.

      Great culture that cares about it's people and compensates them well. Ability to see alot of different aspects of the gas business.

      Cons

      There could be more documentation around processes and how work gets done on time and to a standard that's acceptable to everyone.

      It's a great company to work for. Very good salaries, great benefits, Very GOOD Bonus, Very relaxed work environment, They make you feel appreciated, and Energy Transfer has a casual dress code everyday of the week.
