Pros

Great pay and benefits package. Shift work allows for more days off and plenty of opportunities to receive overtime pay.

Cons

Economy is not good right now so it makes working in this industry a little nerve racking. Sometimes management does not understand what it takes in operations.

Pros

There are opportunities for advancement, but you'll probably have to relocate. TRaining is provided, and the company is very safetly conscious.

Cons

Corporate strategy and direction is not always clear. People in certain geographical areas seam to get the priority for promotions.
