Pros

The pay is good/competitive and the workload is manageable. Constant company acquisitions result in little to no boredom at any time. Overall, a very steady and good place to work. There's a reason people stay for their entire career.

Cons

Old school mentality which means inflexible schedule and middle management unwilling to learn/utilize new technology. The culture makes you feel like you are a cog in the system. Plus the parking situation in Houston is an absolute issue that needs to be addressed.

Pros

I truly enjoy working at ET, -Great atmosphere -Great people -Not overworked but plenty to do -Decent pay and bonus program

Cons

We may be the only company out there that does not offer some type of hybrid schedule. This makes it hard to find new talent. 1 day a week remote should be standard.
