Pros

PTO, Stable company, paid parking.

Cons

No room for growth. Salary doesn’t change unless you move to a higher level position. Tools used to determine salary for positions in today’s market is antiquated.

Pros

Company paid parking, 401k matching, bonus program

Cons

The company as a whole is not current with the times. 10 days of remote time permitted annually. After working from home during the C-vid shutdown, employees with a proven track record working from home should be permitted more time to do so. The work / life balance is non existant.
