Awesome company and people

Pros

Really interesting product (it was before Nest time), however we moved too slow in retrospect. A team of really smart and passionate people. Great location (if you live in Brooklyn). I left before the Whole Foods went up... oh well.

Cons

I wish they moved faster. Execution speed is the key.

Pros

you can have flexible time to work there and the people there are nice, but you need more self-motivation to work.

Cons

there is no good mentor there in hardware department and you need to learn lots of stuff all by yourself.
