Pros

Good salary, easy work, nice perks

Cons

The office is a depressing and anxiety inducing environment that makes one long for the outdoors. Every day going into work is a drive through a desolate and soulless wasteland.

Pros

I’ve worked at ETG for 8 years and there’s a reason. The company has heavily invested in my development and has moved me around the world with different roles. The new ASCEND strategy is working, with EBIDA up and profitability up. The senior leaders are making changes and while they may not be easy to stomach in the short term, the long term effects are starting to show. I work as part of a great team and morale is pretty good!

Cons

Spend control is tight. It’s tough to get things approved but understandable.
