Pros

Great product, great work/home life balance with remote work flexibility.

Cons

Lack of investment in employees. Felt like a number rather than a human being. CEO and high level management are extremely disconnected with worker base.

Pros

Flexible with working from home

Cons

Shocking communication from the leadership team. Constantly chopping and changing departments. I had 3 different managers in the space of 6 months. Looks like the company is getting stripped down to sell on

Thank you for expressing your concerns. We take all feedback seriously. The organization has been under transformation, and we do want to recognize that sometimes the changes that need to be made in the structure do reflect the loss of talent that we regret. Change can be difficult. Our evolution will reflect a stronger Enerpac. Thank you for your contributions to our organization.

Poor Manangement

Pros

To be fair, it's an income

Cons

Poor management who make questionable decisions, set unrealistic deadlines and targets, and then blame everyone else for not meeting them. Lower down minions often made scapegoats for management and company failings. Huge employee turnover in some departments, every week you're hearing of someone else leaving. Yet no replacements hired, everyone else expected to pick up the slack, and still stick to the same deadlines.
