      Pros

      Great product, great work/home life balance with remote work flexibility.

      Cons

      Lack of investment in employees. Felt like a number rather than a human being. CEO and high level management are extremely disconnected with worker base.

      Pros

      Enerpac provides opportunities for interns and co-ops to learn more about the company and their products. Because they have a large variety of products, there is always more to learn and grow. Enerpac is a very organized and efficient company through their policies and strategies. Also, there is a great balance between hands on and visual work. I highly recommend this job to any engineering students that want an internship!

      Cons

      Occasionally, issues will come up in product development (which is inevitable).
