      Pros

      Actuant is a company that recognizes high performance and creates opportunities for employees to achieve. As with many larger companies it is not a political organization and if you have an idea someone is always asking what are your ideas. If you give 150% and drive results doors will open for you.

      Cons

      Being a smaller organization resources are always limited so you have to learn to do more with less.

      Company will provide a lot of opportunity for personal growth. Individuals performing the work are not always given credit. Solid place to begin a career.

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover. Quarter driven business whose highest priority is cash flow. You will learn about how to deliver results. If you do not deliver your employment will be terminated.

      I was given a great deal of responsibility and treated as another member of the team. The opportunity to take on challenges and learn new skills was invaluable.

      The work can become quite demanding and stressful during busy times, as many departments have limited staff and tight operating budgets.
