Cons

Talent drain has occurred, and continues. Culture focused on assignment and avoidance of blame, rather than solving business issues. Leadership turnover and shortage of engagement has resulted in lack of understanding of business units and market dynamics. Long term focus and strategic direction is lacking.

New building, nice atmosphere. The team is rewarded with food and candy by management frequently. Safety is a high priority on site. Management is very communicative.
