Pros

It gives you a great environment to work where you can discuss freely your problems with your manager, senior leadership and you should rest assure that it will be taken care. After this, you get all sorts of necessary benefits you can expect at work place like skill development, flexible hours. I saw how Actuant clearly empower people to do magical things with our creations and ultimately make the world a better place. I knew there was no better company to join if I wanted to make a difference. This is the very same inspiration that continues to drive me today. Each day is different and somewhat unpredictable. Also, we are extremely lucky to have an outstanding team who are all here because we love Actuant. What more could someone ask for? Thanks to the management for giving me positive recognition and encouraging me to contribute more. A lot has changed around us, but the company hasn't really changed that much. We've grown from 15 employees when I joined to around 100+ now, and we've gone through various corporate stages but the basics are pretty much the same. We're still figuring things out as we go and trying to have fun while we're doing it. Many companies aspire to change the world. But very few have all the elements required: talent, resources, and perseverance. I strongly believe that Actuant has proven that it has all three in abundance.

Cons

Nothing specific that I can think of. There could be few depending on the nature of your work and your team but overall the organization tries its best to do what is good for the employees and is also sustainable.
