Promising future if you get things right
Pros
Great people and some of the leaders are excellent. The business and products are great and customers are awesome. HQ has some nice perks like cafeteria and gym.
Cons
Not enough communication on what the future plan is. No connection between workload and resources. Upper leadership is trying to do everything at once and yet still cut costs and resources. Now that we sold ECS division - it’s time to cut in Corp costs and not Enerpac business. Some of Corp services are absolutely useless. HR is a joke and has a clueless person leading the whole team. We finally had someone come in to lead HR who connected to the business and we lost her in less than a year - probably because they worked with incompetent people in corporate. Huge loss to the business. Finance is way too heavy across the business. Need to stop adding people in finance. This company has been run by finance for way too many years and It’s time to stop that. IT has some good people. I’m still here because I love the people I work with, my Enerpac customers and the products we make but there is a lot of room for improvement. Not enough thought about those of us that work in other areas of the world. Feels like we are an afterthought.
