The office culture is insular with little interaction; the management is secretive and does not share information necessary to do one's job, yet they require constant status updates which may be frequently ignored. The number of employees who leave within one to two years is excessive. Some employees are required to fulfill duties of positions for which they were not hired and have no expertise.
