Pros

Pay is decent. The people here are nice as well, for the most part.

Cons

Dirty, dangerous, poor training culture, poorly maintained building and machines, lack of interest in retaining labor. They're endlessly hiring because people either get sick of not being heard when they have issues with their work day that need correcting, or find their working conditions intolerable. The shop is unbearably hot in the summer, the roof leaks, there is oil and coolant everywhere and it seems like the walls and ceiling haven't been cleaned in decades. The machines are ancient, missing buttons, bolts, rivets, screws, and run on faith and luck instead of proper maintenance. Mandatory Saturdays for some of the plant but not all is a problem as well because they can't make production schedules due to many of the aforementioned problems.
