Pros

Staff is friendly and talented. I did not have any bad experiences with personnel and enjoyed a lot of the work I did. You get a lot of opportunity to work on different things, which is cool. Very diverse staff. Very family-like in the sense that people do seem to care about each other.

Cons

Lack of direction from management, we changed course on projects many times which was very inefficient and frustrating. Very poor salary and benefits, starting salary was ok but raises are almost non-existent so you will never keep up with your peers in other companies. You have to leave and be re-hired later in order to make a wage that reflects your level of experience, which many employees did. Policies are also very different depending on which office you work in. Some are stricter than others.
