      Pros

      This was a really good company, the work was a bit challenging however I know if I would have stayed a bit longer eventually I would have gotten the hang of it. The training process is a bit long however they give you plenty of updates on your progress. I had a great team that really was supportive and thorough. The office is clean and they truly care about their employee's. The best place I have ever worked. Great pay!

      Cons

      The only "con" is they don't really offer a hybrid option which is something I was looking for. Other than that I had minimal cons.

      Pros

      Interesting work, most people are friendly and willing to mentor. Decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      No amount of money would entice me to ever work there again. The management is the most poorly organized and uneducated group of people I have ever worked for. If you love being micromanaged, this is your place. If you want to continuously guess if you are doing a good job, this is the place for you. If you love taking the fall for other peoples mistakes, this is the place for you. If none of this sounds ideal, run don’t walk!

      Company takes care of its employees

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Consultants are encouraged to take at least 160 hrs/year of flex time off, and the company returns over 70% of earnings to its employees via salary, bonuses, 401k match, HSA, and other benefits. The bonus structure can be very rewarding -- the more hours you bill to clients, the more you get paid. My experience has been that colleagues and supervisors are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Workload fluctuates according to what jobs come in, so at times hours can be long.
