Company is HORRIBLE, tenured employees Leaving in DROVES. DON'T WORK HERE!

NONE WHATSOEVER, AND I MEAN ZERO. They try to brainwash employees that they are important, but literally do not care about anyone there. The CEO/President Jason Beardall and the entire Executive team is the worst leadership I have ever seen at any company.
Cons
Executive leadership is HORRIFYING, and have made very stupid decisions lately that are completely TANKING the company financially. They Fired top producers that were bringing MILLIONS to the company and had been there several years, all because one of the Executive Leaders didn't like them. He wants everyone to bow down to him and allow him to micro manage every move you make, and if you don't conform you are gone. Since top producers have been fired and employees are seeing that there is zero care for them and their hard work, there are now tenured employees leaving, including even the CEO's personal assistant who could no longer stand to work for such an inhumane tyrant who doesn't care about anyone but himself. This company is the absolute worst culture I have ever experienced, extremely toxic and you will NEVER be valued as an employee. DO NOT WASTE A SECOND OF YOUR LIFE WORKING FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!
