Pros

Company culture is awesome. The people you work with are top notch. Management and mentorship is available and very strong. Competitive atmosphere. No cap on commission. Referral bonuses. Free Soda in break rooms. Fresh fruit friday. Family oriented. Veteran friendly. Opportunities for growth within company are regular with a strong focus on promoting from within. Autonomy to build your own book of business.

Cons

You will have to cold call. residuals from sales don't last long. There's a lot of competition in a fairly saturated market which makes it difficult to find quality leads, but that's not England's fault. No real difference between an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.

Pros

With in-house lead generation, we have an opportunity to help various carriers grow and maintain their business. Our mission is to save money by leveraging our ability to pass along savings to small, mid-size and large transportation companies. Our management team caters to account managers with incentives to meet our goals and industry education. Walking away from work feeling that I've benefited another business is unique in any sales job, I've found that feeling here daily.

Cons

A shortage of employees involved in our support leads to added work for the sales crew.

Growth = Happiness

Pros

If you want a career that allows you to tap into your entrepreneurial spirit, with a high payoff not only monetarily but more importantly character building, then this is your spot. England is not a perfect company and neither am I. But, for starters, upper management leads with their hearts and does the best they can to create an environment of goal setting, personal accountability, and a winning mindset. With the support and tools in place for the employee to be successful, the organization is positioned to be top dawg in the transportation industry. I come to work everyday with a desire to make a positive contribution to the companies goals. I have seen many record breaking moments within the Team and enjoy the winning results. But, the thing I love the most are the people I associate with on daily basis and being able to be around like minded individuals who test my will and challenge me to become better.

Cons

All you can drink soda pop on tap has put quite a few pounds on me.
