      The people are great and there are good facilities and company fun activities.

      Cons

      Tough business, so must be able to deal with competitive and ever-changing playing field. Takes persistence to win, but that's good, right?

      Free soda and daily food trucks that visit (not worth it)

      Cons

      Health insurance benefits suck The leadership is all talk about how they care about their employees. During the interview process and the first part of working there, they make you think that they care when in reality they are looking to profit the company and the leadership and leave others behind.

      Good company, not a good job position for me

      Pros

      Great culture, fun people and activities. Lots of incentives in place for motivation. Hours are good and job is not super difficult.

      Cons

      All cold calling, which is not a strong suit for me. A large part of the sales is not in your control. Hardly any time off.
