Fun environment, invest into employee learning and advancement, support career advancement.

Cons

Benefits are a little pricey, non-sales salary can be a little on the mid-lower end of the market salary spectrum (I've been in both sales and non-sales for this company).

Pros

There are some great individuals who you will interact with on a daily. Free Soda/culture of junk food if you like being rewarded with ice cream and doughnuts this is a good place to be. Clear metrics to promote to next position. If you are looking for a place where you can work hard day in and day out and stay in the same position for the rest of your life I highly recommend this place.

Cons

Health Insurance is expensive and horrible. PTO is horrible Culture reflects the 100 year old trucking company "People first" thought process does not exist, over the years that I have been here I have seen multiple people be promoted/hired because of personal relationships not qualifications. Flexibility doesn't exist, seen people be written up for taking the day off work after the birth of their first child.
