There is none, unless you are a man.

Cons

This is a males industry, so everyone in leadership has a “bros” mentality. Women aren’t treated as equals and get no opportunities for growth. Everything gets handed to favorites and nothing is truly earned anymore. Everyone else has to scrape the bare bottom to just make it by and it just isn’t enough anymore. Numbers are tanking and unless you are golfing with your boss who is your best friend you get nothing. Management is trash, and won’t care about any issues you have. They only care to make themself look good by giving what they can to their friends. If i could give -10 stars i would.

Cons

Executives and Senior Leaders lack any business knowledge or savvy, no influence from any thought leadership, angry leaders at the very top claim their subordinates “make too much money”, operates like a factory with factory worker mindsets, Executive team in love with the “assembly-line model”. Carrier Sales department leadership has disdain for their customers.

Mediocre training. Mostly training is done on your own, and a few folks in the office that will answer questions. Formulated ramp up schedule. Clock starts day one. 100% Diy lead generation primarily. LinkedIn, internet searches, etc. They’re too cheap to buy or subscribe to lead services, or lists. Any decent leads or accounts are handed out by managers based on favoritism. Be prepared to dig through, and continuously recycle dormant garbage. Major time suck. Most folks making a living wage here are few and far between. There are a few that are genuine rockstars, but the majority of accounts are acquired by attrition, favoritism, rarely merit based. Work life balance is non existent.
