A lot of the people are great

Cons

Extremely limited time off Expensive health insurance Old/outdated equipment and software Old office that occasionally smells like sewage A prerequisite to move up, you basically have to be a married Mormon man Commission structure could be greatly improved Base salary could also be improved. Basically the company is greatly outdated and refuses to grow with the their employees, but rather grow just their own wallets.

Supervisors and management in Finance are unrelenting and set unrealistic expectations. They set you up for failure and will fire you if you rub them the wrong way.

Pros

Starting wage is pretty good if you negotiate for yourself when you are hired.

Cons

Non-existent HR dept and benefits handbook is untrue. You better not need any medical care in the first year or they will fire you while you are laying in a hospital bed.
