Pros

- Some pretty good folks work here, and I feel like I have made some great friends. - Free Soda - Free t-shirts sometimes - I have a pretty cool Logistics Coach

Cons

I'm not even bitter toward the company, but it is really not a favorable environment - Director makes you feel like crap - The pay seemed good until you actually figure the amount of time you put into being successful, and it doesn't match up - All of the reviews about the company turnover are very spot on. Essentially part of their business plan is for new employees to create new accounts, and after they are unable to reach a RAMP goal (of which less than 5% of people do), then you get fired and the accounts move to those 5%. Apparently this is "winning" according to Senior Management - There is a culture that exists (as they claim), but it is not a positive one. Every day the people around me are terrified that they will be losing their job. It's a horrible culture of fear. - Many more, but I don't want to seem like a hater. Ultimately I just wish I would have known these types of things before I started here. The initial job offer pays higher than a typical call center job, but the cost is pretty extreme when you consider the stress, negativity, and atmosphere.

Pros

Decent base salary Good growth potential with growing company. Good hours, generally between 7 and 4. But you do end up working late a lot.

Cons

Employees are treated like they are high school students. One of the most stressful positions I have ever had. Work on weekends and nights. Lots of issues with work load. Only 5 paid days of vacation and you cannot take any days off, not even sick days. Have to work on a development team from the beginning, you do not get your own team as portrayed in the interview process. Numbers, numbers, numbers...

Pros

Great coworkers and good training available if you ask for it

Cons

Management consistently implemented changes that brought down morale and led to numerous members of my team leaving for better opportunities in a matter of months.
