Pros

The company has a strong holding with CR England as the parent company. Established and good footing with strong roots. Its a decent paying job to start and weekly pay is absolutely a plus.

Cons

There are too many to list, but here are the key ones. You will see real fast the upper management clicks. If you are not in those clicks, forget moving up. You can still make money and really don't need to move up, but you will find it difficult. Pay scales in everything other than brokerage is a joke. They cant keep up with the times and don't seem eager to keep up with competitors. Their main focus seems to stem on leaning on the front line more and less on innovation. You can do it for a bit....but you will burn out.

Pros

The training was very fun and active.

Cons

There is a very high level of favoritism and high lack of empathy. There is NO culture whatsoever and it makes me laugh when so see review with that. They also do NOT follow the core values they talk about. There is terrible communication between the higher ups and us. They refuse to give us any sort of WFH computer and won't go out of the way at all to update the computers we already have. Even after hitting the highest level I could as a SAM I was still ridiculed and treated just like a BDM. If you are not one of their top performers then you won't feel like you are anyone at all. Every director is a white male and they are mostly brothers. How about creating some sort of diversity?

Pros

Nepotism Sexism Racism Worst company to work for

Cons

They don’t care about their employees. If you don’t dedicate or in their words “be married to the job” you won’t get far.
