You definitely can feel that Engrain values its people and tries to make them happy 3. One of the best parts of Engrain is the people who work there. So many smart and talented employees.
 4. Nice new office - kitchen, coffee machine, beer on tap, conference rooms, meeting rooms, a ton of board games and a company library. 5. No micro-management, very flexible management.

This is a company where "the only constant is change". Some people thrive in that environment and some people don't. I personally enjoyed it and found it exciting, challenging, with some ups and downs in workload. I feel that while there are some valid critiques in the previous reviews, most of the negative things said about this company stem from the person and the environment not being the right fit. - Leadership's navigation through covid was very impressive. - Leadership genuinely cares about employees. - Engrain has recently brought in some impressive talent that is helping to rapidly grow the company. - Amazing people all-around - No micro-managing - Great benefits
