Ownership - you can come in and own the projects you are working on. Autonomy - there is no micro-managing. People - they're great.

Cons

Communication - We're all moving so fast that sometimes communication can falter.

Pros

Invests in employees to grow professionally and personally (not many companies offer $400 to their employees to do something outside of work that improves their lives). Willing to listen if any employee wants to try something new or has an idea that could benefit themselves and the company. Positive work atmosphere with engaging bonding and philanthropic activities. Creates beautiful, valuable products for the real estate industry that are evolving and will surely bring success and growth to the entire company.

Cons

CEO has a positive vision for where Engrain wants to head and current structure may not be built to support that at this time. Will definitely benefit from fresh energy and more SAAS/customer success-focused hires. Office is in DTC and not very walkable to lunch or happy hour spots. Working remotely is looked down upon.
