Pros

Flexible work schedule but really high demands of their production artists. I have a 4 year degree in design and got paid the same as a high schooler with little experience. They demand a lot of their employees for not having competitive industry pay.

Cons

The eye insurance is terrible, they dont offer an HSA. If you are salaried, you can be assured you will work 60+ hour weeks.

Somewhat of a cool product offering

Cons

Terribly inexperienced leadership at all levels. Sales team is a revolving door, they can’t keep people and it should be a huge red flag for anyone looking to work here. (Check LinkedIn for a list of people who were only there for a short time) Pay is below average. CEO made it very clear that he doesn’t like to pay sales people. I would not recommend Engrain.
