+ Hybrid work schedule + $450 annual personal stipend for self-growth

Cons

- Incredibly low pay - Raises are offered at a max of 4% which does not keep up with inflation - Start-up mentality even though the company has been around for over a decade - Severance offered at 1 week per YEAR worked - Majority of staff is young, cliquey, gossipy - Seriously disorganized - Office is an open concept, meaning loud and distracting - Would never recommend a friend work here
