- Chance to learn Microsoft specific tech. - VERRRY relaxed dress code (shorts)
Cons
- averse to any kind of phone call/general talking around their engineers (sales desk put right in with them) — so quiet you can hear a pin drop - micro managers - do not understand sales - do not want to listen to what their sales people tell them - do not want to believe that phone numbers are important to sales
